A typical farmhouse of choice where you can spend a relaxing holiday in Gozo. This farmhouse tucked away in an alley is a true hideaway in Santa Lucija, Kercem. It enjoys a very nice swimming pool. Entrance to this farmhouse is through a wide patio leading to a big arched lounge with T.V. set,wireless internet and still featuring the original mangers in the corners.On the same floor there is a kitchen and dining room furnished with pine furniture and antiques, a fully equipped bathroom with washing machine, two bedrooms with shower ensuite. The house was renovated with family in mind serving as a getaway from the hectic city life for its current owners. It consists of 4 bedrooms, living room, TV room, kitchen and dining room, ensuite and main bathrooms. The Pool is a lagoon type pool with waterfall and fishpond surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. Penmon has been immaculately converted and beautifully furnished with Indian Hardwood furniture. The swimming pool, located at the back of the house is a large 33 feet x 22 feet south facing haven, with spacious barbecue and sunbathing area plus outside shower facility. And for that complete Mediterranean feeling, an open gazebo overlooks the pool for outside catering. A fishpond and landscaped gardens enhance the pool surroundings. They are all with fantastic country views,you can see wind mills, sea and village views. This Farm House is around 400 years old but the pool had been modernized. The Farm House “Dar Il-Bebbux” (The House of the Snail) it’s not far from the main square of the church. It has 4 bedrooms, main bedroom with en suite bathroom, 3 double single bedrooms, 3 showers with toilets, sleeps up to 8 persons. There is sitting/dining, living area with cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven and larder room, which leads to the swimming pool. Nice deck and BBQ area with a private swimming pool and a garden. The pool is 9metres X 4.5metres the largest depth is 1.8 metres. There are front and back balconies and an open terrace which leads you to the roof, where in the evenings you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and views over the sea.
